Terms & Conditions
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Innovation A/V, owner Ivan Bradić (hereinafter: "Service Provider"). By ordering services, the client accepts these terms.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
2. Services
The Service Provider offers consulting, design, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems, LED lighting, smart home systems, and custom furniture.
The scope and specifications of each service are defined by individual quotes or contracts.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices listed in quotes are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made according to the terms specified in the quote or invoice.
4. Warranty
All installation and setup services carry a warranty in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure.
5. Liability
The Service Provider is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded, except in cases prescribed by law.
6. Data Protection
Client personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian regulations.

7. Final Provisions
The court in Zagreb has jurisdiction over all disputes.
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
